De ondergetekende, hierna te noemen “de maker”, verklaart het Nieuwe Instituut toestemming te geven voor het gebruik van diens bijdrage op het Collectieplatform (collectie.nieuweinstituut.nl).
De maker blijft eigenaar van het beeld- en/of video- en/of audiomateriaal en/of tekstuele bijdrage en daarmee de auteursrechthebbende.
Indien de maker de reproducties van Collectie Nieuwe Instituut uit diens bijdrage elders wilt herpubliceren, dient hiervoor toestemming te worden gevraagd aan het Nieuwe Instituut.
Indien de maker beeld- en/of audiovisueel materiaal van derden in diens bijdrage publiceert op het Collectieplatform dat niet tot de Rijkscollectie voor Nederlandse Architectuur en Stedenbouw behoort, verklaart de maker zelf verantwoordelijk te zijn voor het verkrijgen van toestemming van derden met in achtneming van AVG Privacy Wetgeving, auteursrechten en portretrechten.
Deze toestemmingsverklaring geldt voor onbepaalde tijd. De maker behoudt te allen tijde het recht om diens bijdrage op alle gepubliceerde online omgevingen van het Nieuwe Instituut te laten verwijderen. Op diens verzoek dient het Nieuwe Instituut dit binnen een maximale termijn van zeven dagen te voldoen.

The undersigned, hereinafter referred to as ‘the creator,’ declares that they give the Nieuwe Instituut permission to use their contribution on the Collection Platform (collectie.nieuweinstituut.nl).
The creator retains ownership of the image, video, and/or audio material and/or textual contribution, and is thereby the copyright holder.
If the creator wishes to republish reproductions from the Nieuwe Instituut Collection based on their contribution elsewhere, permission must be requested from the Nieuwe Instituut.
If the creator publishes image and/or audiovisual material from third parties in their contribution on the Collection Platform that does not belong to the National Collection for Dutch Architecture and Urban Planning, the creator declares themselves responsible for obtaining permission from third parties, in compliance with GDPR privacy legislation, copyright, and portrait rights.
This consent form is valid for an indefinite period. The creator retains the right at any time to have their contribution removed from all published online environments of the Nieuwe Instituut. Upon request, the Nieuwe Instituut must comply within a maximum period of seven days.
