Here in the New Store, customers are not just passive consumers – instead visitors are invited to contribute raw materials, co-create a product and bring other forms and ideas of value to our new sustainable store. Hair can be exchanged for a free haircut and time can be exchanged for skills.

In Europe, 72 million kg of human hair are thrown away every year. Yet hair has the same keratin protein fibre as wool and can be processed in a similar way.
